"...a wonderful dish called Swedish sausage dish, which I understand that no one in Sweden has ever heard of. You sauté finely sliced onions and sliced potatoes in butter, season with salt, pepper and paprika, and then pour over equal amounts of vinegar and water to cover. Cook until just done.
