Even an essay that compares the satire in the piece with some 200 year-old satire ("A Modest Proposal" by Jonathan Swift). Amazing, accurate, and funny as all get out.

Although it was clearly written and compiled by and for academic philosophers, most pieces will cause chuckling in anyone with even a very basic knowledge of philosophy. Among its many delights, the Jerry Springer parody and the Philosofighter game give some idea of the range and downright funniness of this richly uneducational resource, so deserving of a wider audience.

Anti-holidays I found a nice little category on dmoz.org called "Anti-Holidays" while looking up some Halloween info online. Right now there's only three listed holidays that get people up in arms enough to make & publicize wesites - Valentine's Day, Christmas, and of course Halloween. "Boo!" to all you spoilsports.
