Welcome to ICMHI 2025 | Flyer

We are pleased to announce that 2025 9th International Conference on Medical and Health Informatics (ICMHI 2025) will be held in Kyoto, Japan during May 16-18, 2025. The ICMHI 2025 aims to bring together outstanding scholars, researchers, and students to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Medical and Health Sciences. We also provide the keynote address and several plenary invited speeches for discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered and the various solutions in the fields of medical and health informatics. We cordially welcome all experts of industry, academia and government from all over the world to contribute to and help shape this conference through submissions of their research abstracts, papers and posters. Eventually, the ICMHI 2025 facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration and exchange among technologists internationally.

Publication

Accepted papers of ICMHI 2025 will be published in ACM conference proceedings, which will  be submitted for indexing to Ei Compendex, Scopus.

Important Note to Authors Submitting Full Paper about ACM Open Access Publishing Model

ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library, unless one of their co-authors' institutions is a member or they qualify for a waiver. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance .

For 2025 ACM is providing a subsidy on APC pricing for ICPS, as follows:
1. The 2025 subsidized APC rate for ICPS papers will be $350.
2. For papers where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $250.
3. For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a lower-middle-income country, the APC rate will be $175.
4. For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a lower-middle-income country and where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $125.
5. For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a low-income country, no APC is required.
The subsidized pricing will apply to all papers that are processed through the ACM eRights system from 12:00 noon (US Eastern time) on March 6, 2025. Please note that ACM will not be providing refunds for APCs that have already been paid at that time.

Special Issue

All submitted full paper will have opportunities for consideration for the Special Journal Issue. The final decision for paper selection will be made based on peer review reports by the Guest Editors.
