Study with pre-determined outcome
I can't even imagine that the parameters for success would be "realistic" when it comes to a return of baseball to Montreal, at least within the next five years. But, the big one is what is mentioned at the end, and that you need that one big corporation to step up. Because a consortium won't work in Montreal, and that's all you'll get. So, really, what I WOULD like to see is a feasibility study commissioned by Bell or Molsons, a potential owner, people with a financial stake.? If that study returns positive outlook, then I'd believe it.
But, as it stands, I can only have a huge prior that the current study would be biased, and that's how I have to take this study.
