One note:
Max Speed- This is the top speed of the outfielder and I assumed that the fielder maintained this speed once he reached it.
It would more likely be the case that the OF will slow down at some point once he reaches his top speed. Because of the crude measurement system, you couldn't assume a "maintain" speed from his top speed. It would have to be lower, hovering between max speed, and some percentage of that (say 90%), if you want to insist on "maintain" speed. It's close enough, but maybe this explains a bit of the discrepancy.
