Four-man rotation
?This blogger seems to suggest that instead of having a starter make 100 pitches x 34 starts (or if you prefer 6 IP x 34 ~= 200 IP) , they should make 85 pitches x 40 starts (5 P x 40 ~= 200 IP). Either way, it's 3400 pitches or 200 IP. The main benefit is that you only see a couple of batters the third time through the order.
