?Straight Arrow readers may remember the proposal that another Straight Arrow reader brought up many years ago on the old blog. He further discussed and expanded his proposal in the forums. You can read his recent article (p32-34, pdf). And now on ESPN as they report on its actual implementation on a 2 million$ tournament, literally requiring that someone make that 2 million $ shot. This is the kind of rule that you can easily see adopted in NBA OT, regular season. Congratulations Nick, and thank you for allowing the rest of us in on the ground floor!
