Cost to cost-efficiency programs
Pizza talks about what it would take to implement programs whose basis are cost-efficiency. They key takeaway is that the payoff can be measured easily enough, while at the same time implementing it is not appealing to the copycats. Otherwise, if everyone is doing it, then everyone is wasting money doing the same thing.
Good topic for discussion, and Pizza gets the ball rolling pretty well.
