Cliff Lee v Cole Hamels #KillTheWin
Last year, Hamels had the HUGE W/L advantage over his teammate. This year, Lee is way ahead. And really, what about either Lee or Hamels has changed?
Who is actually in favor of a statistic that is "assigned in a binary manner at the end of the game?, dependent on how much a pitcher's team helped him". How do you go about putting a lipstick on this pig? Call it a "win". To go against the "team-dependent binary-assigned" statistic, you have to be against winning. If this statistic never existed, Donald Trump would have invented it. It's not about how good you are, but whether you were the leader of the team that won.
