Brian Kenny on Twitter
?Brian seems to ask his followers to not use Inertial Reasoning in appreciating the outcome of a game. That is, just because we've been conditioned that a no-hitter is great (regardless if it's accompanied with zero or nine walks) doesn't make it so. And just because Cliff Lee went 6-9 on the same team that Cole Hamels went 17-6 doesn't mean that their performance was all that different.
He wants you to think for yourself. Start with a clean slate, and build up your own unique appreciation of the game.
Or, continue on Inertial Reasoning, presume the mainstream has it right, and follow their lead.
Choose.
