Binary Ballot

?A few years ago, I had proposed this kind of ballot.

Derrick Goold proposes a basic version of that, just going with yes/no boxes. It's the same kind of unlimited voting. The one provision I would add is what the hockey hall of fame does: limit it 4 if there were more than 4 going over 75%. And in my system, I'd guarantee a minimum one person (whoever got the most votes), but that could be amended to minimum 1 if at least 50% Yes.
