NL Cy Young: Race for 4th place
Kershaw leads the NL in ERA and W/L. That will be enough for him to win the Cy Young.
Of all remaining pitchers, Cueto leads in ERA and W/L. That will be enough to get 2nd place.
Of all remaining pitchers, Wainwright leads in ERA and W/L. Third place for him.
The fun is who will fill the last two spots on each ballot. Of all remaining pitchers, Bumgarner leads in W/L but is 11th in ERA. Of these 11 pitchers, Bumgarner is 2nd in IP and 1st in K. That will likely be enough for him to end up in 4th.
Cole Hamels is the opposite, leading this group of 11 in ERA but being last in W/L (Cliff Lee 2012 feels your pain). If sabermetrics has made an impact, Cole Hamels will receive at least one vote from one voter, somewhere on this ballot. Just a single vote. But I don't think he'll get that vote. I don't think voters will be able to get past that 9-7 record, not when there are other very close picks without that blemish.
It'll be a close race between Greinke and Lance Lynn for that 5th spot.
Teheran, Ross, and any/all of the 4 Nats starters might get a vote as well.?
