**Please note that the following forms will be available on PERB’s new website (currently in development), and the forms may look cosmetically different there, in a more digital format. For the time being, however, PERB will be accepting matters filed on the following forms:

3.  Unit Clarification Petition
4.  Impasse Request Form
5.  Unfair Labor Practice Charge Form

The information below and on many of the attached pages and links pertains to the previous labor relations boards in Maryland.  However, PERB retains jurisdiction over certain public employees, public employers, and the unions that represent those employees, and may therefore still refer to and post information to these pages.

Please follow the steps below to be sure you have reached the correct agency to address your concerns. If you have questions, contact us. You can also read a brief overview and history of the Boards here.

The previous labor relations boards provided training sessions from time to time, to interested parties when new legislation was passed by the Maryland General Assembly that added jurisdiction to any of the Boards, or when any of the Boards adopted new Regulations.
