Explore and understand the diverse experiences of individuals in culture and society by analyzing how gender intersects with race, class, sexuality and other identities within systems of power. We'll give you the framework and tools to develop a critical feminist perspective on the world and on your own life.

 

With a minor in women's and gender studies, you'll develop feminist approaches to knowledge, such as the place of personal experience and activism in the formulation of theory.
