I'm looking for social media schedulers that will allow me to schedule tweets and Instagram posts WITH TAGGING. Free is great but would pay for the right app. Bonus points for something where authentication for Instagram actually works.
Buffer, TweetDeck , and Hootsuite don’t seem to have tagging available in the free versions, and I cannot get Hootsuite to authenticate Instagram and actually post. What say you?
Managing Instagram Followers
I would like to manage my Instagram followers; unfollow some accounts who are not following me, who appear to be bots, etc. There are apps on the market that will do this, but I am wary of giving them my account access, which presumably they need to run their analytics. Are there any apps out there (paid is fine) that are trustworthy? It appears a number of the top ones inflate “you are being blocked” numbers, which may indicate other unethical behaviors.

How to get IGTV videos not be blurry on instagram
Hi,
I posted a video on instagram, instagram stories, and now IGTV and they come out slightly blurry. Before I post they are not blurry, so I don't know how to fix this.
I take the video from an I-phone 8 plus. The phone setting is 4k at 30 fps. All I do is take the video and then download the video onto instagram from my photo library. [more inside]

Hacked Instagram account; can my friend get justice?
A fellow aspiring entrepreneur and friend of mine is in desperate need of help. Time is of the essence!
Here's the story:
Two years ago he created his own business that sells custom hand-made clothes and products. He owns a website and is on all of the normal social media. One of his most effective tools to connect with customers is through instagram. He's worked hard over the years to develop a fan base of over 27K followers. Mysteriously, last night this account was hacked. They changed the password, hacked the business email, and have taken control of the brand. This account is the business' main source of revenue and advertisement.
Although he's trademarked the company and taken all the normal preventative measures, the admin. at instagram claims there's nothing they can do to help. Assuming this is true, what are his available options?
