Do I need to isolate from my wife who's recovering from COVID?

I've been away on a work trip since Saturday, and my wife tested positive on Sunday morning, with symptoms starting Saturday night. I've so far tested negative, somehow. I'm heading home today and my wife is still testing positive, though the line on the test is fainter, and is still symptomatic. [more inside]

UK: Walk-in first Covid jab if not with a GP?

Is it possible to go to a walk-in centre in the UK, queue and get your first Covid vaccine shot that day if you haven't been registered with a GP for decades but are provably legally resident in the country? What requirements might there be and what should be expected? Context is someone who is generally avoidant and legitimately anxious of medical settings as well as "having to justify [them]self" but equally has continually masked and Hands Face Spaced since the pandemic started. Someone who genuinely wants to get their jab and would be over the moon if e.g. Nurse Christmas knocked on their door to deliver it today, but might be discouraged if they felt "turned away"

Help with composing script for calling a store manager

Had a bad time at the pharmacy, and was able to resolve the issue for myself with a different resource. I'd like to effectively convey what happened to the store manager so that no one else experiences it, though. I'd really appreciate your assistance planning the call (and/or the email to the corporate chain). [more inside]

Elderly Aunt, Substance Abuse, and COVID-19

I live in a large US city that has issued a shelter in place for two weeks, subject to be extended. My parents live 1.5 hours outside this city, to the east, and are in their 70s. They are on a farm, they are isolating, I am very lucky that they are behaving this way considering the way a lot of my friends' parents are reacting. My elderly aunt, however, is another story. In an Irish border town. Might be sick. So go north or south for help?

So I'm staying in an Irish border town for a month. Nearest hospitals are equally far away in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Having chest problems that aren't super serious yet. But I might have COVID. I also have travel insurance. Which is the better way to go IF I feel like I need to be treated and/or tested?
